North Avondale Montessori School

 

North Avondale Montessori School (NAM) is a magnet school within the Cincinnati Public Schools system, serving students from preschool through sixth grade. Located at 615 Clinton Springs Avenue in Cincinnati’s North Avondale neighborhood, NAM offers a Montessori-based educational approach that emphasizes independence, self-awareness, and a lifelong love of learning. 

The school’s mission is to create an environment that provides children with the foundation for knowledge, skills, self-awareness, and independence needed to become responsible members of a more harmonious world and contribute to its development.  

The school community is supported by active parent involvement through organizations such as the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) and the NAM Foundation, which facilitate events, fundraising, and volunteer opportunities.
