At The Reign Shop, many of our items are custom‑made, school‑specific, or produced in limited quantities. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final (Custom & Pre‑Order Items)

  • All custom, personalized, school spirit wear, and pre‑order items are final sale.

  • This includes items made for specific schools, events, teams, names, sizes, or colorways.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for these items once an order is placed.

Non‑Custom / In‑Stock Items

  • Select non‑custom, in‑stock items may be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return approval is at the discretion of The Reign Shop.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for size issues on eligible non‑custom items.

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges.

  • Availability is not guaranteed.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review and determine the appropriate resolution (replacement or store credit).

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • The Reign Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refusal of Service

The Reign Shop reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if the policy terms are not met or if abuse of the policy is suspected.
