  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has shipped, The Reign Shop is not responsible for carrier delays.

Pre‑Order Items

  • Items marked as pre‑order are made specifically for you.

  • If your order includes both in‑stock and pre‑order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.

Local Pickup 

  • Local pickup is available during business hours only, unless otherwise specified. 

  • Pickup details and timing will be provided via email.

  • Orders not picked up within the communicated timeframe may be subject to cancellation or restocking.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • The Reign Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
